The official Android apk is by far the best experiences to be used on current Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Box, and Android devices that are under 5 years old.

We offer an iOS application for iPhones and iPads, a web player for PC, and an Apple TV application. 

Our system works great on Fire TV devices (Sticks, Cubes, and TV's), Chromecast with Google TV, as well as others. But do recommend that you always get the latest version available and don't overload it with unnecessary applications. Also Android boxes are great as long as you're willing to spend on a proper one. Nvidia Shield TV PRO, BuzzTV XRS4900, are a couple that we recommend as this time.

It means that you can watch Alpha Direct Streaming on 4 or 6 devices simultaneously depending on what choice you select. I.E a 3 device plan would cover 2 phones and one TV, 1 phone 2 TV, 1 TV and 1 phone all running at the same time.

When a customer subscribes with Alpha Direct Streaming they will have monthly recurring payments deducted from their credit card on file. There is no contract involved and they can change, suspend, or cancel their service at any time.

Upon purchase accounts go into the pre-activation  phase. From there customers will receive an "Activation information" email. Inside the email they'll find a complete install guide with step by step instructions for whatever device they may have. Besides the installation guide new member's will find instructions on how to clean their device to insure peak performance, and general tips to help familiarize them to our application. 

Accounts typically activate within 10 - 20 minutes after purchase, but may take longer depending on how busy we are and when the order was placed. If you do not see your email please make sure to check the Spam/Junk folder. You will also be notified by text once the email has been sent.

Due to security reasons we no longer offer m3u files or our DNS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but no exceptions will be made.

We recommend that you have a minimum of 50 Mbps going straight to and through your device (not your whole home) in order to have the best experience. Our Premier service will work wirg speeds as low as 18 Mbps and in certain cases even lower. Of course, with both services, the more the better and if possible a direct connection.

Yes, some of our packages offer optional adult programming at no additional cost.

Yes, we offer Video-On-Demand. Our VOD has over 20,000 movies, and nearly 3,000 series. It also, has 1,400 24/7 channels and we take customer requests. Some of our packages include VOD.
